The rules for using FORK — covering accounts, buying and spending credits, what you can do with a prompt you unlock, how creators get paid, and the legal limits that apply to everyone.
How FORK collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you buy credits, unlock prompts, or publish on the forkitover.ai creator marketplace, and the rights you have over your data.
The rules for what you can publish, buy, and do on FORK — covering banned content, banned conduct, AI-specific limits, and how we enforce them.
The terms you agree to when you publish AI prompts on FORK — you keep ownership of your work, grant FORK and buyers a defined license, promise your prompts are original, and earn 70% of each unlock plus fork royalties, paid out weekly via Stripe Connect.
FORK credits and prompt unlocks are generally final and non-refundable because a prompt is revealed the moment you unlock it, but we make narrow exceptions for duplicate or erroneous charges, proven fraud, and prompts that are materially not as described or non-functional.
How FORK handles copyright on its creator marketplace — including how to report infringing prompts, how creators can dispute a takedown, and how repeat infringers lose their accounts.
This policy explains the small set of cookies and browser-storage items FORK uses to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand site performance, that we never use them to sell your personal data, and how you can control them.
