FORK Acceptable Use Policy

1. About This Policy

FORK is a creator marketplace for AI prompts at forkitover.ai. Creators publish prompts; buyers spend credits to unlock them; and a share of every unlock — plus "fork" royalties when others build on a prompt — flows back to creators. This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") describes what you may and may not publish, buy, and do on FORK.

This Policy applies to everyone who uses FORK: buyers, creators, and visitors. It covers all content you submit (prompts, titles, descriptions, previews, sample outputs, reviews, and messages) and everything you do on the platform. By using FORK, you agree to follow these rules.

This Policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. Where this Policy refers to the operating entity, it means FORK ([Legal Entity Name — to be confirmed]).

2. Our Community Standards

FORK only works if creators and buyers can trust the marketplace. Creators need to know their work is protected and that the catalog isn't flooded with junk. Buyers need to know that what they unlock is original, safe, and does what it says. These standards exist to protect both sides.

We expect everyone on FORK to act in good faith. In short:

• Publish your own original work, and respect other people's work.
• Be honest about what a prompt does and what results to expect.
• Keep the marketplace safe — no illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Don't try to game the system, dodge fees, or defeat our IP protections.
• Treat other creators, buyers, and our team with basic respect.

If you're ever unsure whether something is allowed, assume it isn't and ask us first at support@forkitover.ai. We'd much rather answer a question than remove your content later.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not publish, upload, link to, or distribute any of the content described below — in a prompt itself, in its preview or sample output, or in any title, description, tag, review, or message. This applies whether the content is written by you or generated with the help of an AI tool.

3.1 Illegal content. Anything that is unlawful, promotes illegal activity, or is designed to help someone break the law — including prompts that facilitate fraud, theft, drug trafficking, illegal weapons, money laundering, or evasion of law enforcement.

3.2 Harmful or dangerous content. Content that could cause real-world physical harm, including instructions for making weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances; content that encourages or assists self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders; and dangerous "challenges" or activities likely to injure people.

3.3 Hateful or harassing content. Content that attacks, demeans, or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics. This also covers targeted harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing, and content that incites violence against a person or group.

3.4 Sexual content. FORK is not a venue for pornographic or sexually explicit material. Do not publish sexually explicit prompts, previews, or sample outputs.

3.5 Zero tolerance for child sexual content. We have absolutely zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors, real or fictional, including any prompt designed to produce, describe, or sexualize minors in any way. This is an automatic, permanent ban with no appeal, and we report such material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.

3.6 Malware and exploits. Code or instructions intended to create or deploy malware, ransomware, viruses, keyloggers, spyware, or any tool meant to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or data — or to disrupt, damage, or overload them.

3.7 Leaked credentials and personal data. Content that contains or is designed to harvest other people's secrets or private information — including passwords, API keys, access tokens, private keys, payment-card data, or personal data (names, addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, health or financial records) of any identifiable person who has not consented to its publication.

3.8 IP-infringing or plagiarized prompts. Prompts you do not have the right to publish — including prompts copied from another creator (on FORK or anywhere else), prompts that reproduce someone else's copyrighted or trademarked material, and prompts presented as original when they are not. You must own or be properly licensed for everything you publish.

3.9 Spam and low-quality content. Junk listings that don't deliver real value — including empty, broken, or nonsensical prompts; duplicate or near-duplicate listings; keyword-stuffed titles or descriptions; misleading previews or sample outputs that don't reflect the actual prompt; and bulk listings created mainly to clutter or game the catalog.

3.10 Unsafe or infringing uploaded files. When a listing includes downloadable files (such as a Skill package, agent instructions, knowledge files, or code), those files must follow the same rules as the prompt itself. Do not upload files that: contain malware, backdoors, spyware, or other malicious code; contain passwords, API keys, tokens, credentials, or other people's private data; contain stolen, proprietary, or copyrighted material you do not have the right to distribute; bundle open-source code in violation of its license (for example, stripping required notices or source-availability terms); or that you are otherwise not legally permitted to share. You must own or be properly licensed for everything inside every file you upload, and you must keep open-source components documented and license-compliant.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Beyond what you publish, the following behaviors are not allowed on FORK. Most of these exist specifically to protect creators' IP and the integrity of the marketplace.

4.1 Scraping and bulk data extraction. Do not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated method to copy, harvest, or mirror listings, previews, prices, reviews, or other content from FORK. Automated access for any purpose other than our published APIs (if offered) is prohibited.

4.2 Defeating IP protection. FORK protects creators with locked previews (so the full prompt is never shown before purchase), an originality check that blocks near-duplicate prompts, and a content fingerprint on every prompt. Do not attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, strip, or otherwise defeat any of these protections, or to extract a full prompt without unlocking it through normal credit purchase.

4.3 Reselling or re-listing others' prompts. When you unlock a prompt, you buy the right to use it — not to resell it, republish it, or list it (in whole or in lightly modified form) as your own on FORK or anywhere else. Legitimate "forking" happens only through FORK's built-in fork feature, which credits and pays royalties to the original creator.

4.4 Circumventing fees and payouts. Do not try to take transactions off-platform to avoid credit purchases, creator revenue shares, or fork royalties — for example, by using a listing to advertise a direct sale, sharing contact details to complete a deal elsewhere, or otherwise routing around the marketplace. Creators earn 70% of each unlock plus fork royalties; these mechanics only work when transactions stay on FORK.

4.5 Manipulating votes and reviews. Do not post fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews; do not vote on, review, or unlock your own listings to inflate them; and do not coordinate with others to boost or sabotage rankings, ratings, or visibility.

4.6 Multiple, fake, or bot accounts. Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, dodge a suspension, manipulate metrics, abuse promotions, or commit fraud. Automated, bot-operated, or impersonation accounts are prohibited, and you may not buy, sell, or transfer accounts.

4.7 Fraud and abuse of the credit and payout system. Do not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods to buy credits, abuse chargebacks, or attempt to launder money or extract funds fraudulently through creator payouts. Payouts are earnings-only, weekly, and subject to a US$10 (100-credit) minimum via Stripe Connect; any attempt to misuse this flow is a serious violation.

5. AI-Specific Rules

Because FORK is a marketplace for AI prompts, we have extra rules about what prompts may be designed to do. A prompt is the instruction set — and you are responsible for what your prompt is built to produce, not just the words on the page.

• Do not publish prompts designed to produce illegal output (for example, prompts engineered to generate instructions for crimes, weapons, or illegal goods).
• Do not publish prompts designed to produce deceptive output — such as prompts built to mass-generate disinformation, fake reviews, fake identities, phishing messages, impersonation of real people or brands, or academic and professional fraud.
• Do not publish prompts designed to produce harmful output, including hateful, harassing, or dangerous material, or output that targets or endangers real people.
• Do not publish "jailbreak" prompts whose primary purpose is to bypass the safety controls of an AI model in order to generate content that would otherwise be prohibited under this Policy.

Some content in the FORK library is AI-generated demonstration output and is clearly labeled "Sample output." Sample output is provided to show what a prompt can do; it is illustrative only and may not be accurate, current, or suitable for any particular use. You should review and verify any AI output before relying on it.

You are responsible for using AI prompts and their outputs lawfully and in line with the usage policies of whatever AI model or tool you run them on.

6. Enforcement

When content or conduct violates this Policy, we take action to protect the marketplace. Depending on how serious or repeated the violation is, and at our reasonable discretion, we may:

• Remove or hide a prompt, preview, review, or other content.
• Issue a takedown in response to a valid IP or legal complaint.
• Limit account features, pause payouts, or withhold disputed earnings while we investigate.
• Suspend an account temporarily.
• Terminate an account permanently and remove all associated listings.

We aim to match the response to the severity. Minor, first-time issues — like a low-quality listing — usually mean removal and a chance to fix it. Serious violations — such as fraud, malware, IP theft, or any sexual content involving minors — can result in immediate, permanent termination without prior notice, forfeiture of pending earnings obtained through the violation, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

Removing a prompt does not entitle anyone to a refund of credits already spent, except as required by our Terms of Service or applicable law. We may also preserve information about violations as needed to enforce this Policy, comply with the law, or protect FORK and its users.

7. How to Report a Violation

If you see content or behavior that breaks this Policy, please tell us. Reports help us keep the marketplace safe and protect creators' work.

Email support@forkitover.ai with as much detail as you can, including:

• A link to the prompt, listing, review, or account in question.
• A short description of the problem and which rule you think it breaks.
• Any supporting evidence (for example, screenshots, or — for IP claims — proof that you own the original work).

For intellectual-property and copyright complaints, send notices to our designated agent at [Designated Copyright/IP Agent — name and address to be confirmed], or to support@forkitover.ai. We will follow the takedown and counter-notice process described in our Terms of Service.

Reports involving any sexual content concerning minors are treated as the highest priority. You can report these directly to support@forkitover.ai, and we will act immediately and notify the appropriate authorities.

8. Appeals

If we remove your content or restrict your account and you believe we got it wrong, you can appeal. Email support@forkitover.ai within 30 days of the action, reference the affected listing or account, and explain why you think the decision should be reversed.

We will review your appeal in good faith and respond with our decision. If we reverse the action, we will restore the affected content or account access where we can. Decisions on the most serious violations — particularly any sexual content involving minors — are final and not subject to appeal.

Appeals are about correcting genuine mistakes. Repeatedly filing appeals in bad faith, or to harass our team, may itself be treated as a Policy violation.

9. Changes and Governing Terms

We may update this Policy from time to time as the marketplace evolves or the law changes. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users. Continuing to use FORK after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
